  • Reservation is subject to availability.
  • Room reservation is not guaranteed unless 100% advance payment is received for the entire duration of the stay.
  • Payments can be made by credit card, Debit Card, Cash Deposits, Bank Online Transfers.
  • Taxes as applicable.

Check-in / Check-out & Cancellation policy

  • Guests and accompanying people are requested to provide photo identity proof at the time of Check in.
  • Check in time 12:00 noon and check-out time is 11.00 am.
  • Booking will be confirmed only against full payment for entire duration of stay.
  • Cancellation policy: No cancellation.
  • For early check-in and late check-out 50% of the room rent will be applicable as per availability of room.
  • For refund, if any, will be made between Mon – Fri, 12 noon to 6 p.m. on confirmation from guest house reception.


  • Complimentary Breakfast ( fixed menu) as decided by the management.
  • Please check with reception on smoking policies for rooms allotted.
  • There is a penalty towards replacement cost of any item broken / lost or damaged.
  • The Down Town Guest House shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of guests unless otherwise if requested from local law enforcing authority.
  • We reserve the right to change terms & conditions without any prior communication.
  • Rights of admission reserved.
  • Pets are not allowed.
